[Reporter] For the third time in its history,

the Morganza Spillway could be opened

in order to protect the cities

of New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

[Reporter] The Army Corps of Engineers

confirmed that opening set for Sunday.

[Reporter] Residents are gearing up

for the possibility of flooding.

[Reporter] While many residents here

are preparing to protect their property,

some I spoke with say they're willing to take chances.

We're going to restore respect for every inch of our soil

But when I say make America great again,

that's what I'm talking about,

that theme has really caught on

because it's make America great again,

and it will be great again and it will happen-
